James Moak is a seasoned paralegal with over 41 years of experience in Ontario. He has represented more than 1,000 clients in various legal matters, including Small Claims Court, residential landlord and tenant disputes, and Provincial Offences. Notably, he successfully challenged a section of the Highway Traffic Act on Charter grounds.
Mr. Moak has served on the Paralegal Society of Ontario’s Board of Directors and the Deputy Judges Council of Ontario, gaining deep insights into the administrative and educational needs of the Small Claims Court. His innovative approach and strong advocacy have earned him a reputation for achieving exceptional results.
