At Onyx Community Services, our Bail Support & Supervision Program provides structured supervision, accountability, and rehabilitative support for individuals seeking release on bail.

Our objective is to support compliance with court conditions while assisting clients in stabilizing their lives and addressing underlying challenges.

• Development of structured bail plans
• Coordination with legal counsel
• Structured supervision proposals
• Court-ready documentation when appropriate

Upon release, clients may be subject to:

• Scheduled and unscheduled check-ins
• Random home visits
• Drug and alcohol screening (if required)
• Attendance verification for programming
• Documentation for court purposes

• Psychotherapy and counselling
• Addiction treatment and detox coordination
• Anger management programming
• Mental health support
• Community reintegration planning

• Does not influence judicial decisions.
• Does not replace court-ordered supervision.
• Does not substitute for legal representation.

All supervision is conditional upon client compliance.
Non-compliance will result in immediate reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.

Onyx Community Services reserves the right to decline participation in any case where risk assessment criteria are not met.

1. Information is reviewed by our team.
2. Risk and suitability assessment is conducted.
3. If appropriate, a structured bail plan is developed.
4. Court documentation is prepared (if approved).
5. Supervision terms are clearly outlined in writing.
